Grand Rapids Public Museum

Join the Grand Rapids Public Museum on Thursday, February 21 for a Titanic themed dinner party. 

Experience Titanic as never before. The evening begins with a reception and cocktail hour at 6 p.m., followed by a tapas-style, strolling dinner at 7 p.m. The museum will be transformed into a "floating city," replicating the Cafe Parasian, Gentlemens Smoking Lounge, and other areas present aboard Titanic. 

The party will include menu items served aboard Titanic, music, a silent auction, and an exhibition tour. Items from first, second and third class menus will be served including: Atlantic salmon with mousseline sauce, roasted squab with plum sauce and watercress, mini rabbit pie with wild mushrooms and cider, and Waldorf pudding with apples and walnuts – to name a few. 

Silent auction items:

• Exclusive access to the Meyer May House with dinner for 10 guests donated by Steelcase, Inc.
• A jewelry item donated by Siegel Jewelers.
• Floral arrangements for 6 months donated by Eastern Floral.

Attire: Dress with style and elegance; optional - early 1900s dress
